General & Working Principle
Submersible jet aerator uses a submersible pump to generate high velocity water current, the water flows through a Venturi pipe and generates negative pressure, as a result the air will be sucked in through an air intake pipe and mixed with the water in a flaring pipe, then the air-water mixture will be sprayed out in high velocity, and the water flow entrained with plenty of air bubbles will flow and swirl in large area and big depth, therefore aeration is achieved.
The shaft power of submersible jet aerator will not change when working depth underwater varies. For this reason, sometimes submersible jet aerator is used in a tank with variable water depth.

Model Selection & Installation
If requested, we can help customer to select suitable model according to provided tank shape / size, fluid property, air intake amount and working depth.
QSB submersible jet aerators have 2 kinds of installations – mobile type and self-positioning type.
Mobile type is positioned at tank bottom by gravity, the position can be changed easily, it is flexible and cost saving.
Self-positioning type is, a special base is fixed at tank bottom, on tank top a support bracket is installed, and a guide rail connects both, the submersible pump will connect a special fitting, with this fitting the submersible pump will slide down via the guide rail, and self-align with a connection nozzle of the base and get self-coupled with the nozzle. The advantage of this kind of installation is that the submersible pump can be lift up and installed back without people getting into the tank.
